By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 9am AEST on a weekday will be sent out first thing the next business day, and orders placed after this time Friday or on a weekend will be sent Monday morning.

Domestic Delivery Information

Signature is required on delivery for your security, and if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.

If you have not been left a collection card, you can take a form of ID and tracking information to your nearest Australia Post and they can help organise collection.

International Delivery Information

Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to Russia.

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Signature is usually required on delivery for your security, and if no one is home at time of delivery the order will be sent to the nearest UPS facility.  

UPS will sometimes leave parcels in a safe or secluded spot for Residential delivery areas, and this will not require signature. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and updates to see if this will occur.

International Custom Fees

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are NOT included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. 

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Mura is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer refunds for these costs.

If an order is refused due to custom fees, UPS will hold the parcel for 2 weeks then abandon if these fees are not paid in this time. Mura is also not responsible for the handling of an order due to this.

Mura does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel from the courier.

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Mura cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
