We hope you are staying safe, strong and positive during these unprecedented times. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. 

Our highest priority is the safety, health and wellbeing of our team and our beautiful community. The only team members currently in the office are our Warehouse Department and with the rest of the departments working remotely.

We have implemented strict guidelines on health, hygiene and cleanliness within the office and warehouse department for their and your safety. 

We are continuing with normal operations and shipping our orders without delay. We have also extended our returns period to 60 days.

Please note that there may be potential unexpected delays with our couriers (Australia Post & DHL) due to COVID-19 and its border restrictions. DHL has currently suspended all shipping to Iran (we are so sorry about this!) so during this period, we will not be able to ship any orders to Iran until further notice from DHL. 

You are at our highest priority and our Customer Care team is still available with normal operating hours so please do not hesitate to contact our team for any questions!
