By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders are processed and packed by our warehouse within 5-10 business days of placement (this excludes weekends & Australian public holidays).

The below shipping timeframes are then in the hands of the delivery provider.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY INFORMATION

Signature is required on delivery for your security - if you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post Office.
If you have not been left a collection card, you can take a form of ID and tracking information to your nearest Australia Post Office and they can assist in the collection of your parcel.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

*all international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

We are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. Custom Fees are not included in the total cost of your order or shipping charge.

We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you check your country's customs fees before placing an order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Russia.

DHL are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Signature is usually required on delivery for your security - if no one is home at the time of delivery, the order will be sent to the nearest DHL Facility. DHL will sometimes leave parcels in a safe or secluded spot for residential delivery areas - this will not require a signature. It is the responsibility of the customer to check their tracking information and updates to see if this will occur.

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather events.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Mura cannot offer reimbursement for this package once it has been shipped. Postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.
